The horrific Hamas terror attacks in Israel on October 7, 2023, have reignited an enormous antisemitism movement on college campuses and within our cities. The Legacy Foundation through the Litigation Action Fund will be the forefront of combating antisemitism, supporting lawsuits on behalf of families, students, and organizations, in an effort to compel change at educational and professional institutions across the country.

The Hamas attacks have also brought terrorism financing to the forefront, as U.S.-based organizations continue to provide material support to terrorist organizations in violation of U.S. law. A number of law firms are currently representing numerous victims of Hamas’s terrorism, both American and Israeli, as they seek justice for the atrocities of October 7 against organizations alleged to have provided such support.
